Full program: $90/month
Includes:
- Health history, physician communication (as needed), goal setting, physical assessment
- General lifestyle counselling
- 1-2 in-person exercise sessions per month
- Monthly program design including cardio, strengthening, core strengthening, flexibility training
- Personalized exercise journal to track your progress, keep you accountable and show you your results
- Email follow-up and program adjustment as required
