Initial assessment, functional testing, goal setting, health historyand program development: $80

Basic: $60/month

Includes:

  • General lifestyle counselling
  • Basic calendar planning
  • Email follow-up and program adjustment as required

Full program: $90/month

Includes:

  • Health history, physician communication (as needed), goal setting, physical assessment
  • General lifestyle counselling
  • 1-2 in-person exercise sessions per month
  • Monthly program design including cardio, strengthening, core strengthening, flexibility training
  • Personalized exercise journal to track your progress, keep you accountable and show you your results
  • Email follow-up and program adjustment as required
